We’re excited to announce the launch of Salesmate's Quote Management feature. This tool simplifies creating, sending, and tracking quotes, making your sales process more efficient and professional.
Integrated into Salesmate, Quote Management allows you to track deals from initial interest to final approval.
It works with the CRM features you already use, keeping your quotes organized alongside your sales data. Your team can create quotes based on deal stages, follow up using activity tracking, and manage the sales pipeline more effectively.
2. Auto Increment Fields
Do you need a unique identifier or sequential numbering for records? Our Auto Increment Field allows you to automatically generate unique identifiers for deals, contacts, or any custom field where you need a running sequence. It is ideal for cases like tracking customer IDs or assigning serial numbers.
3. Dark Mode
Dark Mode is now available to everyone! Switch to Dark Mode to reduce eye strain, primarily if you work late or in low-light environments.
Dark Mode is available across all views and screens in Salesmate, providing a sleek, modern look that’s easier on the eyes.
4. Sandy AI (Beta)
In recent months, many of you have had the opportunity to experience Sandy AI's powerful capabilities. Today, we are excited to announce the public beta release of Sandy AI, making its features available to everyone.
With Sandy AI, scheduling meetings has never been simpler. You can also quickly summarize chats, tickets, or email threads. It is also an invaluable assistant for drafting emails, notes, and responses.
5. Smart Flows: New Age Automation
We are excited to introduce Smart Flows, a powerful upgrade to our automation journeys and workflows.
With Smart Flows, you can automate repetitive tasks across all custom modules and tickets and even integrate with APIs for seamless communication with your favorite tools.
This advanced automation allows you to manage processes and connect systems like never before, opening up new possibilities for streamlined workflows and enhanced productivity.
