As an extension to our February updates, Salesmate is bringing some small, yet important changes in the system.

Check out the summary of what new you will see inside Salesmate:

Share multimedia files with text messages

Attachment in list view

Now, you can send MMS with text messages. That means, the communication is not just limited to text, but you can also attach images, videos, documents, and audio files as well.

For the countries or regions where MMS is not supported, a link of the content will be automatically created and sent as a text message, without any extra charges.

More flexibility in Sequences

Now you can make these three important changes even after the Sequence is pushed live:

1. Edit the content of stages in sequences

You can edit the content of every stage for an ongoing sequence. The new changes will impact only to the newly added contacts.

2. Change SMTP configuration

This simply means; you can change the email address that you’re using to send the email.

3. Change the phone number

With this update, you can change your phone number from which the text should be sent for an ongoing sequence.

Call log filters

Pending call logs

From the top right action Call button, you can get a better bifurcation of call logs using newly added tabs like Pending, Recent, Missed Calls, and Voicemails.

More details in Calling Popup

Incoming calling

Now, you can see two additional information in the Calling Popup:

  1. Alias of the phone number like Sales or Marketing.
  2. Phone number types like Mobile or Fixed Line.

Bcc: Auto-link your emails with contacts

Before this update, if you would forward an email to the Salesmate Bcc address, you had to manually associate it with a contact.

Now, Salesmate will identify the contact record present in the CRM, and associate it with the forwarded Bcc email.
