This February, Salesmate is introducing a new feature and five product improvements.
We’re presenting “Chat Journeys” – a feature that’ll help sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Read about this new feature and other updates here:
1. Chat Journeys
An automation-driven chatbot that’ll help you execute conversations and collect customer information, even when you’re not around.
2. Reschedule activities quickly
You can reschedule activities with fewer clicks now. We’ve added a calendar view, so you can quickly make the necessary changes.
3. Email everyone associated with an activity
Now you’ll get an option to email everyone associated with a particular activity. It’s easier to notify every member about the activity progress now.
4. Jump between emails easily
Now you can easily switch between emails using the Up & Down keys of your keyboard. This update is for both – Inbox and Team Inbox.
5. Get callbacks for meeting submissions
6. Invisible reCAPTCHA in Web Forms
To make Web Forms experience better, reCAPTCHA will be invisible at the bottom of the form and only be activated when a bot-like activity is detected.
