Who doesn’t like to see important information on a single screen than jumping between screens?
With the latest update, you can choose what information you want to see within associated contacts and company widgets.
So, what are you waiting for? Quickly find the newly available company widget on the contact detail page and hit the customize button to choose the fields you want to see directly on the contact’s page itself.
Similarly, in the company detail view, you can choose up to 10 fields that should appear with each contact within the associated contact widget.
Duplicate Suggestions for Companies
While you try to create a new company, we will show you a list of matching company names already existing within the system to avoid creating duplicate records and have better control over data sanity.
Add a quick Note
Want to log a quick note in a Contact, Company, or Deal record? No need to jump between screens; just hit the “+” button from the top bar and choose the “Add Note” option.
🤔 Like emojis?
We have added emojis to our rich text editors. So now you can write notes with some emojis in them. Isn’t that great?
Improvements to the Salesmate chat
- The Salesmate bot will auto-ask for a chat rating even if a bot started the chat, but eventually, the visitor and user have exchanged a few messages over the thread.
- No more notification sounds when you have marked yourself away.
- Now, mention counts will decrease asap you read the conversation you were mentioned in.
