We’ve been hard at work, listening to your feedback and thinking about how to make Salesmate even better for you. This month, we’re rolling out exciting updates that I think you’ll love. Here’s what’s new and why it matters:
Changes to Rotten Period
Let’s talk about deals that have been sitting idle for too long. We used to calculate Rotten deals behind the scenes and color-code them for you on the board. But we’ve stepped it up a notch.
Now, instead of just a Rotten Period, we’ve introduced a Deal Rotten Date. You’ll see this date in board views, list views, and detail pages, giving you a clear heads-up on when a deal’s gone stale. Plus, you can now use this date in our Date-based automation journeys to trigger actions the moment a deal hits its expiration.
Why you’ll love it: This feature makes it super easy to spot and act on deals that need attention before they slip away. It’s like having a built-in alarm system for your pipeline!
Deal-based lookup fields
We heard you loud and clear—you needed a way to link deals with other important modules like invoices and warranties. Well, now you can! With our new Deal-based Lookup Fields, you can create associations between deals and other records. It’s a simple way to keep everything connected.
Why this matters: This is going to make managing complex relationships between records so much easier. You’ll have a clearer picture of how everything ties together, helping you make smarter decisions.
Filter and sort in Associated options in Widgets
This one’s straight from our last webinar. We’re adding Filter and Sort options to your customization widgets, giving you the power to decide what data you see and in what order. For example, in the Activity Widget, you can now sort open activities by the due date and completed ones by the completion date. It’s all about giving you more control.
Why you’ll appreciate it: This feature lets you prioritize what matters most. No more wading through a sea of data—just the info you need, when you need it.
Triggers on WhatsApp and Facebook messages in chat journey
We know how important it is to stay on top of customer interactions. Now, with this update, you can create Chat Journeys that trigger automatically when a new message comes in on WhatsApp or Facebook. Whether you want to automate responses or guide users through self-service options, you’ve got the tools to make it happen.
Why this rocks: Faster responses mean happier customers and happier customers mean more business. Plus, it frees up your team to focus on more complex issues.
Related Ticket Widget
Finally, we’ve added a Related Ticket Widget to the ticket detail page. You could already see related tickets on contact and company pages, but now, you can view all active tickets from the same client directly from the ticket you’re working on.
Why you’ll benefit: There is no need to jump between multiple screens to find past or running tickets for the same customer. You can save time and cross-check duplicates or recurring issues.
