We understand that tracking and achieving goals is crucial for your business. Previously, Salesmate supported only “Sales Revenue” and “Won Deal” goals. With the evolution of our reporting and tracking features, we introduced user and team performance tracking last quarter.
Now, we are excited to launch our comprehensive Goal Management feature. This tool allows you to create and track various types of goals, from creating records to tracking sales, completing activities, and service goals.
Additionally, you can set advanced goals on custom module records, providing greater flexibility and specificity in your performance tracking.
Multiple User Signatures
Our new Multiple User Signatures feature makes personalizing your emails and maintaining efficiency more accessible than ever. You can effortlessly create and select multiple email signatures per email account.
This enhancement allows you to tailor your communication style to different audiences or scenarios, ensuring a more personalized and professional interaction.x
Enhanced Layout Widgets
Our layout widgets have been revamped to offer even more control and customization. The updated widgets now support sorting and filtering, allowing you to view records according to your specific needs.
For instance, you can create two widgets: one for completed activities, sorted by activity closed date, and another for open activities, sorted by start date. This improved functionality ensures quick access to the most relevant information at a glance.
Conversation Widget on Company Layout
For those in SaaS or B2B sectors, managing multiple conversations with contacts from the same company can be challenging. Our new Conversation Widget consolidates all chat conversations with contacts associated with a single company into one view.
This feature provides a comprehensive 360-degree perspective, enabling you to quickly review past interactions and gather insights before engaging in support or cross-sell activities.
Facebook Lead Forms and Audience Sync
Expanding your reach on social media has never been simpler. With our Facebook integration, you can capture new inquiries from Facebook business pages directly within Salesmate using our Lead Form integration. There is no need for external integrations – everything is seamlessly managed within Salesmate.
Additionally, the Audience Sync feature allows you to sync your targeted customer list directly with your Facebook audience, optimizing your targeting and retargeting campaigns for better performance.
Outbound Chat Message
Proactive customer engagement is a key aspect of effective support. Our new Outbound Chat Message feature enables you to initiate conversations directly with customers over chat or WhatsApp without waiting for them to start the conversation.
This proactive approach helps address issues promptly and enhances customer satisfaction.
Better Readable Field Names in Variable Replacements
We’ve made a small but significant improvement to make your template creation process smoother. When adding variables to your email, text, or sequence templates, the variables will now display more human-friendly names you provided during field creation rather than using our internal naming conventions. This change makes it easier to understand and manage your templates.
